What should I do if my P-10 Pro fails to boot after a firmware upgrade?

I have followed the instructions and have now completed the firmware upgrade successfully! 🙂 I have tested the P-10 on several occasions now and all appears to be working "as new." Thank you very much for your attention to this matter. I am very happy to have the device back in working order. I really like the "lane level" accuracy of the P-10.

One note to pass on to the engineering team is that it did not initially seem to work. Even though I kept it plugged in to a USB power source for several hours, it did not respond at all when I attempted the firmware upgrade with it unplugged from the USB port. It was only when I attempted the upgrade process while plugged in to USB power that I got any response. I am not 100% sure it was necessary, but you might want to include in your instructions to try the upgrade while plugged in to USB power if nothing else works.
