What should I do if the GNSS status lamp on my P-10 Pro remains static on?
Quote from anonymous on September 21, 2023, 1:35 pmMy p-10 Pro is acting as if it cannot acquire a GPS lock. It is fully charged and when I turn it on the “Log” lamp and the “GNSS Status” lamp come on solid and even after an hour being where it used to acquire a GPS lock both lights remain on solid.

If that doesn't resolve the issue, you can attempt a factory reset by following these instructions:
- Begin by unplugging the MicroSD card.
- Press and hold the POI & Function button, then simultaneously press the power button (press all three buttons at the same time). Keep holding for approximately 5 seconds. Release the buttons when the status lamp turns green.
- After about 13 seconds, you will hear a long beep. Please note that you should not wait for more than 20 seconds for the beep to occur.
- Place the device in an open area and wait for it to establish a GPS fix. This process may take up to 2-3 hours, with most of the time spent within the first hour.
