GR-8018 RS-232 Output and IMU/UDR Data Availability
Quote from GPSWebShop Official on May 27, 2026, 9:55 amCustomer's question:
Could you please provide a sample RS-232 output log from the GR-8018?
We would like to review the available message output and confirm which data fields are included. At minimum, our positional tracking system requires the $GPGGA and $GPRMC NMEA sentences, as well as any available IMU-related data from the receiver.
Could you also confirm whether the IMU/UDR data is output over RS-232 by default, or whether any configuration is required to enable those messages?
