Here are the factory reset instructions:
1. Start by unplugging the MicroSD card.
2. Press and hold the POI & Function button, then simultaneously press the power button (press all three buttons at the same time). Keep holding for approximately 5 seconds. Release the buttons when the status lamp turns green.
3. After about 13 seconds, you will hear a long beep. Please note that you should not wait for more than 20 seconds for the beep to occur.
4. Please reinsert the MicroSD card. Place the P-10 Pro in an open area and wait for it to establish a GPS fix. This process may take up to 2-3 hours, with most of the time spent within the first hour.
