Workaround for P-7 Pro Connection Issue with “Bluetooth GNSS” App - v1.0.69

There is a known issue with version 1.0.69 of the “Bluetooth GNSS” app (released on March 22, 2025) where the P-7 Pro GNSS receiver fails to connect via Bluetooth. The root cause is currently unknown. Columbus has reported the issue to the app developer and is awaiting a response.

Temporary Workaround:

You can manually install the previous stable version, v1.0.58, instead:

Note: Before installing the older version, please uninstall v1.0.69 from your device first.

I’ve been informed that the Bluetooth GNSS connection issue has been resolved — the latest version 1.0.70 now fully restores proper connectivity with the P-7 Pro.

As long as the customer downloads the latest version, they should no longer experience any problems.
