Has my Columbus P-1 / P-10 Pro logger stopped working?

The symptom: 

The P-1 / P-10 Pro  will not charge or turn on. The charging light does not turn on when plugged in to a usb charger.  It also will not turn on when the power button is pressed.

 

The solution:

There is a small hole next to the usb port in P-1 / P-10 Pro. You can insert a pin to reset the unit. Please connect the charger and do the reset at the same time.
 
After reset, the P-1 will become normal.
