Bluetooth connectivity

My Samsung Galaxy TabActive3 tablet connects and works great with my P-7 Pro.

However my Samsung phones (one is an older S7 Edge and my new one a S20+5G) do not connect. They stall on Bluetooth GNSS at this stage:

P-7 Pro SPP (B9:B0:1E:6E:2C)

I have checked everything over and over but can't get the phones to complete the connection.

Any ideas?

I don't currently have a Samsung phone; instead, I have a Google Pixel 6a. Below are the screenshots of each step I followed to pair the P-7 Pro SPP:

1. Go to "Settings" and select "Connected Devices." Click on "Pair new device." You will see both "P-7 Pro SPP" and "P-7 Pro BLE" listed.

2. Choose "P-7 Pro SPP" and it will prompt "Pair with P-7 Pro SPP." Click the "Pair" button.

3. After successful pairing, you will see "P-7 Pro SPP" under "Connected Devices" -> "Other devices."

At this stage, the P-7 Pro is successfully connected and ready to use.
